Born to a business woman and a combatant soldier, I've had both a business mentality and the love of service instilled in me for as long as I can remember. I was always such a big foodie that it didn't come as a surprise to my family when after a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Oil and Gas Management, I quit my job of three years to pursue my passion in cooking. My journey to O'delicious started when I would take packed lunches in the back of my car and drive around business districts, selling to small businesses and eventually to staff in council offices and hospitals. The stress was worth it just to see how much satisfaction it gave these folks that they didn't have to go looking for restaurants in the UK to eat in during lunch hours. Soon after that, I launched my first restaurant, Flavors in Silver Town, London. It was an amazing experience for me, and the success affirmed had i was in the right place. Today I am bringing back the spirit my behind flavors in bedford, as O'delicious.
